Champions keep playing until they get it right.

On the pleasant morning of 8th December 2021, SFS Public School, celebrated DESPARTA-Annual Sports Day, in the school premises with the theme “Champions keep playing until they get it right.”

The inauguration began with a melodious prayer song.The chief guest was Mr. Karthik P, National Level Volleyball player. He hoisted the school flag and declared Desparta’21 meet open. The Guests of Honour were Rev. Fr. Tony, Rev Fr. Matthew Elayadathamadam and Rev. Fr. Joshy. The oath taking ceremony was administered by Rev. Fr. Jabamalai our beloved Principal and the students solemnly pledged to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship. An energizing drill dance was performed by the students of grade IV.

All the four houses Saturn, Neptune, Mercury and Venus competed with each other.There were wide range of zestful events like basketball, throw ball, cricket, volleyball, shuttle badminton and football.

The closing ceremony was filled with an air of anxiety. All the winners were awarded with medals and certificates. The Venus house bagged the overall championship. Finally, the Guest of Honour Rev. Fr. Joshy declared Desparta’21 closed.
