The farewell ceremony, Da Svidaniya 2024-2025, was a heartfelt tribute to the
outgoing Grade XII students, celebrating their journey, achievements, and
cherished memories. The morning event was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr.
Jacob Parappally as the Chief Guest and Dr. Ann Mary as the Guest of Honour,
along with our dedicated faculty and students.
The ceremony commenced with a soulful prayer dance, invoking divine
blessings, followed by a warm welcome speech that set the tone for the day. The
lighting of the lamp symbolized the wisdom imparted by mentors, while the
candle-lighting ceremony beautifully reflected the passing of knowledge,
illuminating the path ahead for the graduating class. A solemn oath-taking
reaffirmed their commitment to integrity, resilience, and service.
The morning was filled with emotions as the class teacher’s message offered
words of wisdom and encouragement, inspiring students to carry forward the
lessons learned. Stirring speeches by dignitaries, a heartfelt farewell song, and
the unifying school prayer added to the depth of the occasion.
The most anticipated moment of the event was the felicitation and award
ceremony, recognizing the dedication and accomplishments of the outgoing
batch. The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing deep
gratitude to all who contributed to shaping this memorable journey.
As the event came to an end, the school community gathered for a farewell
lunch, where students, teachers, and guests shared laughter, memories, and
warm wishes for the future. With nostalgia in their hearts and dreams in their
eyes, the students bid farewell, stepping forward with pride and confidence into
a future full of promise.
