The Alumni Association of St. Francis De Sales Public School organized an alumni meet‘Desalites Commune: Rekindle, Reconnect, Relive, together again at our alumni reunion’ aiming to facilitate, consolidate, and coordinate alumni activities at SFS Public School. The event took place on the 26th of January, 2024, at the school premises. Alumni began arriving atschool by 3:30 pm and were warmly welcomed by the registration team.

The alumni meet began with a prayer song, setting a solemn and reflective tone for the gathering. Ms. Asma Ahmed, the president of the alumni association, extended a warm welcome to all attendees.The meet was graced by Rev. Fr. Santhosh Kumar, Director of Desales Music Academy, and Rev. Fr. Binoy, Principal of SFS Public School which added much prestige to the event.During the interactive session with the alumni, the minutes of the previous meeting was presented by Gangesh Sharma, the secretary of the alumni association. Ann Mary, the treasurer of the alumni association, provided insights into alumni fund collection and outlined future financial plans. The initiation of the election for new batch coordinators marked an important step in alumni leadership succession.

The musical performance by Rev. Fr. Santhosh and the participation of alumni students infused the event with artistic flair and nostalgia. Exciting fun games and a lively lucky draw further enhanced the engagement of attendees. Pooja H J, the vice president of the alumni association, conveyed a sincere vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants and contributors.

The meeting concluded on a delightful note with a sumptuous dinner, fostering lasting friendships and cherished memories among the alumni community.
