St. Francis De Sales Public School celebrated the vibrant and auspicious festival of Diwali, on 8th November, 2024 with great enthusiasm and grandeur emphasizing the significance of the festival of lights. The festivities began with a colourful and symbolic procession of Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman, accompanied by Rev. Fr. Binoy and the school coordinators, setting a spiritual and festive aura for the day.

Adding a touch of devotion to the celebration, our talented teachers performed a series of soul-stirring melodious songs, captivating everyone with their heartfelt renditions. Not to be outdone, our students infused energy and excitement into the event with their dynamic and spirited dance performances by which the audience was indeed enthralled.

Diwali, a festival that symbolizes the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil, also celebrates the deep bonds of love, unity, and family. It reminds us of the special connections we share with one another and the importance of supporting and cherishing these relationships. At SFS, this joyous festival was a beautiful occasion to strengthen our bond as one big SFS family, celebrating togetherness, love, and the shared spirit of Diwali.
