Igniting Minds, Shaping Future

SFS Public School ICSE & ISC Hebbagodi, Electronics City had celebrated ‘Pallav ‘ – the inaugural ceremony of the Academic Year 2024 - on 29th May 2024.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Rev. Fr. Joy Mampally from Suvidya college as the chief guest, Rev. Fr. Joshy, the Manager of SFS Group of Institutions and Parish Priest, SFS Church, as the Guest of honour. For every new beginning one must seek God’s blessings, hence to pray and bless the school premises many esteemed priests were invited, Rev. Fr. Mijo, Finance Administrator SFS groups of institution, Rev. Fr. Robin, Finance Administrator of SFS degree college and Rev. Fr. Stany, Principal SFS PU College, Electronics City.

The programme began with a prayer dance and followed by ceremonial lighting of the lamp. Further the priests blessed the premises with prayers. Students’ live music added colour to the programme. The Chief Guest Rev. Fr. Joy Mampally, Rev. Fr. Joshy, the Manager & Parish Priest, addressed the students which indeed was a great motivation.

Students had the honour of reading extracts from the holy scriptures including The Bible, The Bhagavad Gita, and The Holy Quran, further emphasizing the values of harmony and respect for all faiths.

A highlight of the event was the felicitation of the ICSE X and ISC XII board examination toppers, who were recognized for their outstanding achievements and school toppers offered valuable insights and tips to fellow students on exam preparation.

Rev. Fr. Joy and Rev. Fr. Joshy addressed the gathering by sharing the words of wisdom and motivation, inspiring the young minds to strive for excellence ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. The programme concluded with the principal expressing gratitude and felicitating the dignitaries for their presence and support. A heartfelt vote of thanks was extended to all those who contributed to the success of 'Pallav' and the beginning of a new academic year filled with hope, learning, and growth.
