The management of SFS ICSE and ISC organised orientation programmes on 7th and 8th of June, 2021; before the commencement of the new academic session to motivate and uplift the morale of the staff of SFS ICSE and ISC. On the first day, two sessions were organised. The first session was presided over by Dr Manju Shenil who has expertise in counselling and consulting services. The second session was conducted by Rev Fr Jijo Manjackkal, Principal SFS Evening College and Vice Principal SFS Degree College. Both the sessions were really motivating and inspiring. Their words were reassuring, encouraging the teachers to face the testing times with positivity.

On the second day, teachers training programme on ‘Teaching Effectiveness and Emotional Well-Being’ was held under the leadership of Mr. Wilson Joseph, Lead Life Coach at Effatha Life Zone and Dr. Vipin Roldant, a renowned Corporate Psychologist & International Trainer. The training equipped teachers with stress management techniques and tools for creative teaching.
