Being recognized and celebrated is a blessing and inspiration.

4th September, 2021 was one of the most memorable day for all the staff in the history of St. Francis De Sales Public School ICSE & ISC. It was special because of the most unique way of Teachers Day celebration initiated by Rev. Fr. Jabamalai, the Principal who was so thoughtful to show his gratitude towards teachers and ensure to mark the day in a very special way to make it the most remarkable one. The day of course began at 8:00 a.m. with a beautiful programme which was presented by students to wish and show their affection for teachers which indeed was meticulously planned.

The day was quite nostalgic to teachers as it took us back to a time when we were students ourselves at schools and colleges wherein, we used to have a lot of competitions and days of fun and entertainment. The teachers were back on their toes for competitions as they were divided into four different groups to compete and showcase their hidden talents apart from their teaching career. The competition began with a Team building activity, which arouse the competitive spirit in everyone. Every event we participated in was a marvelous experience and a moment of thrill and fun.

The food served right from breakfast to supper was relished by everyone as they were delicious. The cultural programme by teachers was one of the favourite parts, as we could witness the different talents of teachers which added a beautiful colour to the day. The entertainment programmes such as performance by the Musical Band, Stand-up Comedy, Hoola Hoop Show and Magic Show too were mesmerizing and incredibly amazing. Staff enjoyed every moment of the day and could proudly say that it will always remain in their hearts as one of the most beautiful and a unique way of Teachers’ Day Celebration.
