Admission Process
Admissions to SFS Public School are open throughout the academic year, subject to the availability of seats in the class for which admission is sought.
Our admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and student-friendly. We value meaningful face-to-face interaction with parents/authorised guardians and prospective students, as it provides greater insight into a child than conventional tests alone.

UKG to Grade VIII
Enquiry Commences: December
Admission enquiries for UKG to Grade VIII commence in December.
ISC – Grade XI
Enquiry Commences: January
Admission enquiries for Grade XI commence in January.
Eligibility & Key Information
Please find the detailed eligibility criteria for each stage.
Kindergarten
- Candidates seeking admission to Nursery must be at least three years of age as on 1 June of the year in which admission is sought.
- Candidates who are overage or underage will be disqualified.
UKG to Grade VIII
- Applications are entertained only for classes in which vacancies exist.
- Students who have attended recognised schools and the ICSE Board, and who are able to receive instruction through the medium of English at their level, are considered for admission.
- Registration may be closed at any time at the discretion of the Principal.
ISC – Grade XI
- Students who clear Grade X from the ICSE Board or any recognised board can seek admission.
- Streams available are PCMB and PCMC, alongside English.
- The right of admission is reserved with the Management.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- On all matters relating to admission, the decision of the Head of the Institution is final.
